The makers of BYO hookahs have released another one of their wonderful accessories, the BlackStone hookah bowl!  Combining a traditional style "dish" or bowl design with a black, modern style glaze, we can see the appeal in adding this piece to our collections.  Crafted using high quality ceramics, this accessory will help heat your shisha tobacco evenly and thoroughly.

Just sprinkle your flavor loosely into your bowl (taking care not to block or plug any of the holes) and add your foil on top.  Speaking of foil, the smaller nature of this bowl means that it will not be compatible with most heat management devices such as the Kaloud Lotus.

We found that it held slightly less shisha on average than some of our other bowls as well, due to it's more compact size, and we recommend using no more than 2-3 pieces of natural coconut charcoal for your sessions to avoid burning your flavor.

This bowl is incredibly easy to use and we found it works well with "blonde" leaf tobacco. The smooth glaze on the clay provides a protective layer for the ceramic, allowing this bowl to be cleaned easily with just a bit of water.*  *Always allow your hookah bowl to cool down before cleaning, taking care not to "temperature shock" the clay/ceramic and causing fractures.
