Will I be charged duties/taxes on my tobacco if I live in another country?

The answer to this question is "possibly." International duties vary from country to country and the best place to find out duty charges for your country is to contact your local customs office. We mark international orders as "gifts" (for all countries except Canada) but we cannot guarantee the avoidance of duties. We recommend to be prepared to pay duties if necessary. Should you be asked for duties, you are welcome to "refuse" the package, which will cause it to be sent back to us. We can then either re-ship your order (for a new shipping fee) or we can refund your order (less the original shipping fee) as soon as we receive the package back from your country's Customs office.
