Hello,<br> <br>I placed an order recently and it was not delivered. The post office claims to have delivered it on 12/20 but i was home the whole day waiting for the package and no attempt was made. Its a pretty insignificant matter but I'll ask anyway. I put in the code for the coals when I spent over 30 but every time I continued the coals wouldn't appear or anything as if I simply never entered the code. I just ordered on the 26th and I don't know if there's anything you can do to help me with this now but I thought I'd ask and see.
